2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed due to an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  • Your electronic or physical signature;
  • A description of the removed material and its URL location prior to deletion;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury confirming your good-faith belief that the removal was a result of a mistake;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district of your address (or the region where the hosting provider is located if outside the US), and that you will accept service of process.

We apply a strict policy that terminates account access or content submission privileges for users, uploaders, or accounts who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
